The international family-owned company Royal A-ware is further expanding its operations and introducing a new division focused on the out-of-home food market. The new division named A-ware @Foodservice will offer dairy and other food products to hospitality and catering companies, among others.
With this strategic choice, the company is responding to changing market demand and strengthening its position as a producer of cheese, fresh dairy and other food products. 'The focus and expansion in the food service market is a logical next step in our growth strategy,' says Jan Anker, CEO of Royal A-ware Food Group. 'We see a clear opportunity to apply our expertise to a segment that increasingly needs (dairy) products with the highest possible nutritional value and the lowest possible impact on humans, animals and the environment.'
The creation of @Foodservice reflects Royal A-ware's ambition to better respond to demand in the foodservice segment. The producer of dairy and other food products creates efficient and sustainable chains, working from "consumer to cow". 'By that, we mean that customer demand is always the starting point of that chain. Because we own the entire chain and have an extensive product portfolio, we are flexible and can offer customers customised solutions. @Foodservice is a logical addition to that,' said Ron Lekkerkerker, Managing Director A-ware @Foodservice.
The new division is expected to be operational by mid-2025. Those interested in @Foodservice's new solutions can contact Ron Lekkerkerker at ron.lekkerkerker@royal-aware.com.
